-slips and falls due to lack of safety precautions,

a caregiver, we know what should be done and see the suffering at the hands of those providers that are wreakless, uncaring
and incompetent.

Our mission is to demand, through education,
regulation and the ultimate deterrent, the litigation process to increase the quality of life of an individual that is
dependent upon the hands of providers of healthcare.

Most of the time we are NOT the witness, but have to deal with the aftermath of such an outrageous
event and have to try to discover the wrongs.

As
a legal nurse consultant, we can 'stick up for the little guy', the consumer, and help to penalize and stop those
that continue to do harm by using financial, public, and criminal means to alert the public of those individuals
that cause determined by theevidence.

We are ready to right wrongs, prevent future acts of neglect and abuse, and strive for a more perfect healthcare
and medical system that protects dependent consumers.

Our mission is to provide the FACTS as they
are presented in a medical history, to be a medical investigator of the observance of the implementation of the proper standards
of care or omission of such standards.

We are objective and do not taint our findings
with prejudice, but with the truth and the facts. For the most part, if it is not recorded, then it is not done. If it is
altered, there may be something to hide. If there is actual flagrant disregard for the law and regualtions,
there is a finding of policy and a practice standard deficiency.

We assist attorneys to discover the facts, the time-line of events and the omissions.

Our
discoveries assists in determining the merit of a case and the special circumstances that accompany the entire case. We inform
of discrepancies between the care and the standard of care and practice.

We feel we are doing a service that lends itself to a higher social cause and calling
as nurses to help those that have been harmed.......
