Attorney Requested
Professional, RN Legal Nurse Consultant Services

An Attorney may request a 'portion' of a case for review
or request the 'entire' case be reviewed.
Example: Chronology of the case only,
discovery of all diagnoses
involved in the case, or a review of lab work and
test summaries and interpretaion of such tests.

Generally, there will  be a minimum charge for at least six hours,
one for initial interview and at least five hours for a portion
of a case to be reviewed.

Additional types of review can be requested seperately.

Call For current rates per hour, may ba a retainer fee and
1/2 half of estmated per hour cost for total hours, by contract at the outset.

Depending on the depth of investigation for a case, several hours may be involved
in each type of case review.
After an intial, historical event interview, an estimate of the amount of hours to perform a complete review may be realistically projected.

IF more than 10 hours of review is estimated after all material for the case is received, the referring attorney will be called
during business hours to discuss this estimation and
the rate for the services requested for a particular case.

Call for ALL RATE questions and
TIME ESTIMATIONS
(Estimations are on a case by case basis.)

Billing for the remainder amount due to RN Legal Nurse Consultanting
will be billed at the completion of the case and the remainder of any fees
owed to our company is on  a 30-day remittence request
and a 30-day pay expectation.

******NOTICE TO ALL ATTORNEYS:

You may request multiple hours, up to five (10) hours by using the email or faxed document method.
(This will actually be 11 hours for an initial case .)

After 10 paid hours plus one free hour, a consultant will call you to verify that you desire additional hours in 10 hour increments.

Turn-over for each case is between 2 weeks and 4 weeks.
If a case will take longer that 4 weeks, (this is usually due to wait-time to receive additional information), the attorney will be called about the expected delay and a new projected date will be estimated.

The fee is required to be negotiated during the initial contract and history interview with the attorney.
Most cases will take approximately 10 hours and each case will be reviewed as soon as the retainer fee for 1/2 of 10 hours at the negotiated,  per hour rate and the fee has been collected in advance.

We are counting on your satisfaction to allow us  to continue our relationship with you for further assignments with each satisfied attorney.

We are the fact finders and investigators that allow you, the lead attorney, to quickly
ponder the facts and decide on the medical facts pertinent for litigation of the case.

Sincerely, Cynthia E Hall, BSN, RN, PLNC Certified

***************
Please remember that we are looking into Private Medical Files that are protected by strict
HIPPA Laws.
In order to do an accurate investigation of a case, all information for review can be faxed or sent via email or mailed to the address below.
In order to properly review a case, we may need to have additional information as the case progresses and additional requests for records may be necessary. When work is halted on a case, billing ceases also until additional  material to be reviewed has been received.
We can discuss the completeness of records during an intial phone conversation with you about a case.
The MORE complete the information, the better, more complete and faster return of the final case review......
